EDELWEISS 10.2MM O-FLEX
The O-Flex has a high tech core specially designed for intensive use: gym climbing, top-roping, route working. The core cables are wound together in a helix pattern to form a core that retains the ropes roundness better than traditional climbing ropes. This is important to rope longevity in climbing environments where top-rope is the norm. Super smooth HD sheath weave reduces rope drag and increases rope life.

PROCESSES
HD COVER
Edelweiss ropes with HD Cover are manufactured using a high definition braiding technology where each cover yarn is individually woven for optimal performance. With this style of braiding the rope's cover, the thickness of the sheath remains the same while the rope's surface is much smoother than with standard braiding methods. HD Cover makes belaying more fluid and allows the rope to pass smoothly through the protection. Other benefits are higher abrasion resistance and an extended lifespan for the rope.
O-FLEX
Created and used by Edelweiss to build a particular range of climbing ropes that consists of an innovative braiding system and a single, perfectly round core element. It creates a round and incredibly flexible rope. This climbing rope will keep its flexibility and perfect cohesion throughout its life. Tests have shown that in climbing gyms the O-flex process multiplies the rope's life span by 2 to 3 times.
